A dipping sauce with Southern attitude…
Whipping together a Cajun honey mustard sauce is simple with common ingredients from your refrigerator and spice rack.Cajun seasoning and a little extra cayenne pepper powder add the kick, but you could also substitute in 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, or another Cajun hot sauce favorite.
Use this spicy honey mustard as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers, chicken wings, or French fries, as a zesty sandwich spread, or even as a pork loin marinade.Â
Hot Honey Mustard Sauce

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Notes
No cayenne? Try an equal amount of hot sauce as an alternative. Tabasco works and provides some additional tang.
