Chili Lime Vinaigrette

Delicious tangy and sweet zing…

You can use this chili lime vinaigrette for a simple green salad, but don’t stop there. It works just as well as a steak marinade, or drizzle it over fresh fish for a delicious tangy and sweet zing.

The current amount of crushed red pepper provides a decent amount of heat, but feel free to increase (or decrease) the amount based on your spicy food tolerance.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, cover, and refrigerate. Allow the vinaigrette's ingredients to meld overnight (6 to 8 hours) prior to serving.
