Our hottest spice set for the holidays…
Our December 2019 giveaway will certainly warm up the winter. It’s our Up The Scale set II, featuring one of the coolest super-hots around.
It all starts with bright and grassy jalapeño powder (2,500 to 8,000 Scoville heat units – SHU). We then step things up with the fiery sweetness of habanero powder (100,000 to 350,000 SHU). And the spice set is topped off by the wickedness of the ghost pepper (855,000 to 1,041,427 SHU). This is one potent spice set, so take care. A little will go a long way, even at the habanero level.
