Tex-Mex to earthy sweet!
We are raffling off a pair of delicious PepperScale chili powders this month (see them in our spicery – a $20 value). Our Chili Powder Combo Set features our standard chili powder and a special dark chili powder. The standard is Tex-Mex ready with a light amount of spice, a strong player for everyday use. The special dark chili powder mix is rich, earthy, and sweet. It’s delicious as a steak rub and a perfect chili powder for use with desserts, particularly those with chocolate in the mix.
