Our Sun & Grass set features aji amarillo and jalapeño powders. Aji amarillo has a sweet, almost sun-burnt flavor and packs plenty of heat (30,000 to 50,000 Scoville heat units – the same spread as cayenne pepper). Jalapeño provides a delicious bright, grassy flavor with a more subdued spiciness (2,500 to 8,000 SHU).
