Creamy and tangy with a spicy hook.
It could be thought of as tempering down Sriracha. Or is it spicing up your mayo? Either way, Sriracha aioli combines that creamy mayonnaise sweetness that you love with that uber-popular Sriracha bite. The lime juice provides even more oomph – a tropical tang that tastes terrific on grilled fish, shrimp, burgers, eggs, or simply as a dipping sauce for your favorite veggie plate.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Add all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.
- For the best flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour prior to use.
