- 10 dried bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons celery salt
- 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
With a mortar and pestle, crush the bay leaves and crushed red pepper into a powder.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
