Homemade Thai Chili Sauce

A fresh, fiery Thai chili sauce of blended Thai chilies, garlic, rice vinegar and a little sugar, made for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thai chilies stemmed and seeded
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered jar for up to about two weeks.

Notes

Wear gloves while stemming and seeding the chilies.
