Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1/2 cup avocado diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 5 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 habanero pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango, avocado, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and habanero pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice and gently toss to combine. Add sugar as you'd prefer to even out the tang. Toss well.
  • Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 25-30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy.
