Old Bay Peanuts

Shelled peanuts tossed in butter, Old Bay, Worcestershire and a splash of Tabasco, then baked at 300°F until crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanuts shelled, whole or halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, Old Bay, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
  • Add the peanuts and toss until they're evenly coated.
  • Spread the peanuts on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through so they brown evenly.
  • Let the peanuts cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Serve warm, or cool them completely and store in an airtight container.
