Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Carefully scoop out the center of each mushroom.
Stir together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, parsley, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture, making sure not to overstuff them.
Stir together the breadcrumbs and butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of each mushroom.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the breadcrumbs on top are golden brown.
