Chipotle Chicken Fajitas

- 5 chicken breast fillets
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 onions medium-size, sliced
- 2 bell peppers medium-size, sliced
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
Slice chicken breast into strips and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and saute until garlic is slightly browned and onions are translucent.
Add bell peppers to the pan and continue to saute until bell peppers are softened and tender.
Lastly, add chicken breast, seasonings, and adobo sauce to the pan and pan-fry until chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado, jalapenos, and lime. Enjoy fresh!
