Chipotle Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 5 chicken breast fillets
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 onions medium-size, sliced
- 2 bell peppers medium-size, sliced
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
Instructions
- Slice chicken breast into strips and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and saute until garlic is slightly browned and onions are translucent.
- Add bell peppers to the pan and continue to saute until bell peppers are softened and tender.
- Lastly, add chicken breast, seasonings, and adobo sauce to the pan and pan-fry until chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, avocado, jalapenos, and lime. Enjoy fresh!
