The Canadian cousin of the Bloody Mary, made with spicy Clamato Picante, vodka, Tabasco and Worcestershire, with a celery salt rim. Makes two drinks.

Ingredients
12ouncesClamato Picante1 1/2 cups, chilled
2ouncesvodka1 ounce per drink
4dashesTabasco hot sauce
4dashesWorcestershire sauce
2pinchesground black pepperfreshly ground
2celery stalksplus lime wedges or olives, for garnish
lime wedge and celery saltoptional, to rim the glasses
Instructions
(Optional) Rim two tall glasses: run a cut lime wedge around each rim, then dip the rims in celery salt.
Fill each glass about halfway with ice, then pour 6 ounces (3/4 cup) of Clamato Picante into each.
Add 1 ounce of vodka, 2 dashes of Tabasco and 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce to each glass. Stir to combine.
Top each drink with a pinch of black pepper, then garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge or olives. Taste, and add more Tabasco if you want more heat.
Notes
Clamato is tomato juice with clam broth in it, and Worcestershire sauce usually contains anchovies, so this drink isn't vegetarian and isn't safe for anyone with a shellfish or fish allergy.Can't find Clamato Picante? Use regular Clamato and add an extra dash or two of Tabasco to each glass.For a Virgin Caesar, skip the vodka and add a little more Clamato.
